The thermogenic math
A typical “fat burner” claims to boost your daily burn by 50–150 calories through caffeine and a couple of plant extracts. Even at the high end, that’s one slice of bread. It’s real, but it’s not the lever you think it is.
The levers that actually work
- Sleep. Seven hours is not optional. Five hours doubles your hunger hormones.
- Protein. 1.6–2.0 g per kg of bodyweight, spread across the day.
- A breakfast you repeat. The goal is not variety. The goal is consistency.
We’ll stock caffeine. We’ll stock protein. We’ll stock greens. We won’t stock a shortcut that costs you $45 and returns you two slices of bread per week.
