Boxful packs and dispatches every order.
Our inventory lives in Boxful's fulfillment center. The moment you check out, their team receives the order within minutes, packs it to brand standard, and hands it to the right courier the same business day. That lets us dispatch fast, keep inventory accurate, and give you real tracking on every package.
Processing
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (business days) ship the same day. After that, they ship the next business day.
Packing
Every order is sealed, with protection for supplements and powders, and a packing slip inside the box.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email and WhatsApp the moment the courier picks up your package.
Nationwide coverage
For final delivery we work with the couriers that best cover each region. We pick the carrier based on your department to give you the shortest possible delivery time.

Estimated delivery times
If something's wrong, we make it right
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or wrong, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange pickup and a free replacement. For food safety, opened supplements are non-returnable unless there's a manufacturing defect.
